Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of the «Мої платіжки» (“My Bills”) app — sole proprietor (FOP) Abramenko Oleksandr Oleksandrovych. By using the app you accept these terms. How we process data is described in the privacy policy.

What the app does

«Мої платіжки» helps you keep track of meter readings and utility payments: it recognises digits from photos of meters and bills, keeps a history, calculates consumption and forecasts the amount due based on tariffs.

No account

There is no sign-up. Data is stored on your phone and in your iCloud or Google Drive. Keeping a copy is your responsibility: if you delete the app without an iCloud copy or a data file, the data cannot be recovered.

Recognition, tariffs and forecasts

• Digits are recognised by artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. You confirm every reading; check the number against the meter before submitting it to your supplier.
• Tariffs suggested by the app come from public sources and may not be updated in time. Check them against your bill.
• The amount forecast is an estimate. The amount due is determined by your supplier’s bill.
• The app does not submit readings to suppliers and does not make payments.

Free version

Free forever: one address, the full history of readings, statistics and forecasts. Importing old photos from the gallery covers the last 3 months. The free version shows ads.

Pro subscription

• Pro unlocks: up to 10 addresses, a photo archive of readings, importing old photos for a year or more, reports and a widget, no ads.
• Periods: 1 month and 1 year. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency before you confirm the purchase. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings (“Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions”) or in Google Play. After cancellation, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• On a new phone, “Restore purchases” brings Pro back with the same Apple ID or Google account.
• Fair use limit: up to about 300 photos per month for recognition, to protect the service from abuse.

When Pro ends

For 45 days the photo archive and additional addresses are kept locked; renew Pro and everything comes back. We remind you 14 and 3 days before. After 45 days without payment the app deletes the photo archive and additional addresses with their data — from the phone and from the copy in iCloud or Google Drive. One address with all its readings stays free. You can download all your data as a file before then.

Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. Subscription price changes and any required confirmations are governed by the rules of the App Store and Google Play.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play purchases from Google. The store decides under its own rules. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract under the law.

Terms required for the App Store version

These terms are concluded between you and the owner of the app, not with Apple. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Support is provided by the owner of the app (support@moyaplatizhka.site); Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app in accordance with its rules; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any claims relating to the app — including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and third-party intellectual property claims — are handled by the owner of the app. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Otherwise, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Intellectual property

The app, website, code, design, texts, name and logo of «Мої платіжки» belong to the owner of the app. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for your own needs. Your data — readings, photos, amounts — belongs to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Do not try to bypass protection, limits or paid restrictions.
• Do not submit images for recognition automatically — with scripts or bots — or overload the server.
• Do not modify or decompile the app’s code.

If actions harm the service, we may limit recognition for that device or purchase.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. Recognition and tariffs require the internet and our server, which may be temporarily unavailable; readings can always be entered manually. To the extent permitted by law, the owner of the app is not liable for indirect damages, errors in recognised numbers that you confirmed, or decisions made solely on the basis of a forecast.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves or the law changes. The date of the current version is shown at the top. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version, unless the law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Before going to court, please send a written claim to support@moyaplatizhka.site; we will reply within 30 calendar days. These terms do not deprive a consumer of the right to go to court in their place of residence where the law of their country grants that right.
